Hi, I'm Gillian. A qualified nutritionist and wellness expert based in Fife, Scotland, dedicated to transforming lives through personalised nutrition and holistic health coaching.

With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh, complemented by a Higher Education Diploma in health, fitness and exercise and a Professional Development Award in Complementary Therapies, I bring a comprehensive approach to health optimisation.​

As the cofounder of Nutri-tic, based in Fife, Scotland, I specialise in creating personalised wellness journeys that encompass meal planning, lifestyle modification, and stress management. My unique methodology combines evidence-based nutritional science with practical lifestyle strategies, helping clients achieve sustainable health improvements and manage conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes.​
